We have a couple of products that may help. Warrior Sanitiser Cleaner/Degreaser and No RInse Sanitiser from Qualchem.
Warrior has more degreasing power so will be better for slime, the recommendation for this degreaser is to use hot water as this will help with degreasing.
No Rinse Sanitiser is great as a mould killer.
