Prisoners getting drunk on alcohol based sanitisers

TVNZ ran a news story on prisoners drinking alcohol based sanitisers. Because alcohol sanitisers contain a minimum of 62% alcohol the prisoners have been adding a couple of squirts into cordial and drinking it. Attached is an article and video clip.

Note that our D-Germ sanitiser is alcohol free!
